  • I map nine layers of your rhythm:

    • Sleep — timing of sleep, waking, disturbances, naps, overall sleep quality 

    • Cortisol & energy — comprehensive look at your cortisol and energy patterns

    • Light exposure — lighting in your home, work, screen use, outdoor exposure

    • Hormones & cycle — how your circadian clock is affecting your oestrogen, progesterone, and PMS

    • Meal timing — eating window/ patterns/ timing, digestive symptoms

    • Movement — timing, type, and whether exercise is restoring or depleting you

I sit with your assessment personally — reading every word, mapping your cortisol curve, your light environment, your menstrual cycle, your energy leaks, your nervous system patterns. I identify exactly where your rhythm has drifted and what wants to be restored first.

3. I reach out via email (if needing more clarification)

Before I finalise your plan, I may send you a personal email with a small number of clarifying questions. This ensures every detail of your realignment plan is specific to you. I want to make sure we don’t miss anything.

I spent over a decade studying the body's wisdom before discovering, through my own journey, that the missing piece for most women isn't more information; it's a personalised rhythm that has been seen, mapped, and honoured.

In 2019 I lost my own rhythm completely. Waking at 3am, running on caffeine, completely disconnected from the woman I knew myself to be. Finding my way back through circadian recalibration with light, rhythm, and listening to my body; this has now became the foundation of everything I offer.
